Compas Estate Agents Tenerife
Formed in 2005, Compas Estate Agency is the result of a joint venture between two Italian business partners. After a successful run in the Restaurant industry, they decided to change direction. With experience and talent already on their side, they made the decision to break into the Real Estate Industry.
Sector expectations at the time were indicating a change of trend, yet the business partners still believed there was the space to open a new estate agency, which would focus on the customer- something that was sadly lacking in the market.
With the aid of an advisor, boasting a wealth of experience in this sector, they began to transform the vision of the project sketched on paper into a working reality.
The agency was opened in Playa de Las Américas, in the area of Torviscas Bajo; located in the complex Mareverde close to the fabulous Playa Fañabe.
Like the majority of the small companies, starting up was hard and the future was uncertain, but after more than two and a half years of experience, Compas has become a forerunner in the Real Estate Industry. The partners and staff enjoy a challenging and enjoyable environment where customer service and satisfaction is still the main priority.
